Girls 8-12

OMAC and Radiant Girls are partnering to present a powerful 3-part workshop series designed to help girls build confidence from the inside out. Through fun, interactive lessons that combine mindset, movement, and self-defence, participants will learn to master their emotions, speak up with strength, and trust their instincts. Each session blends leadership, empowerment, and practical safety skills to help girls stand tall, stay safe, and shine with confidence.

  

Session 1: The Confidence Code – October 24
Girls will discover how body language, focus, and mindset shape confidence as they learn to shift from feeling like a victim to becoming the hero of their own story. Includes empowering self-defence skills and fun activities that build courage from the inside out.

Session 2: Voice of Power – November 7
This session helps girls find and use their voices with confidence—learning how to speak up, set boundaries, and stand strong in any situation through interactive games and self-defence practice.

 

Session 3: Trust Your Gut – December 5
Focusing on instincts, awareness, and healthy friendships, this final workshop teaches girls how to recognize red flags, stay safe, and fight back when needed—with practical self-defence drills and powerful confidence-building lessons.

Gina Faubert - Radiant Girls

Our program is designed to help girls build confidence, stay healthy, and feel grounded during their early years. This fun and interactive virtual club offers girls the chance to come together, discuss relevant topics, gain valuable tools for success, uncover insights into their challenges, and get excited about their future.

Through engaging activities, practical life skills, and inspiring coaching, your girl will develop self-esteem, discover her unique passions and strengths, and feel equipped to face life’s challenges with confidence. The program also features youth coaches who share their personal stories, advice, and tips on everything from building healthy friendships and navigating social media to exploring career opportunities and managing stress.

Each session focuses on themes that matter to both girls and parents, such as self-care, confidence-building, setting boundaries, and making positive choices. Throughout the program, we’ll be joined by empowering special guests who are relatable role models, offering motivation and encouragement. These guests will share inspiring stories that remind girls they have the power to achieve their dreams while staying true to who they are.

Self Discovery, Planning and Preparing for Next Steps

The Dreaming Big Academy is designed to empower teens to explore their passions, discover more about their personality, and chart a path toward their future goals. 

In this dynamic program, teens will dive into career options that excite them and understand what steps they need to take to pursue those dreams. Whether it’s selecting the right academic streams, seeking out volunteer opportunities, or engaging in extracurricular activities, teens will gain valuable insights into how to move forward.  The program also provides practical support with university application essays, scholarship options, and resume creation. 

With a focus on goal setting, decision-making, and motivation skills, teens will learn to turn their dreams into actionable steps. Activities such as personality tests, dream boards, journaling, art projects, group discussions, and sessions with special guest experts and career coaches make this a comprehensive and engaging experience for teens ready to investigate their potential and create a plan for their future.

Inner Beauty Spa Series

This program is the perfect opportunity for girls to learn how to manage emotions like anxiety, pressure, and mood swings while building resilience and emotional intelligence. T

hrough hands-on spa DIY activities, she’ll create her own calming spa products—masks, scrubs, bath bombs, and more—designed to help her relax and unwind. Along with these creative projects, she’ll explore yoga, mindfulness, and meditation techniques that can improve her mental focus and bring calm to her day. 

The series also includes coaching discussions on emotional intelligence, healthy self-image, and self-care rituals, giving her the tools to take care of her mind and body. Special guest speakers will introduce holistic techniques tailored specifically for girls, helping her build the inner strength to manage stress and confidently navigate life’s challenges. It’s more than just a glow-up—it’s a chance for her to develop resilience, confidence, and lasting self-care habits.

Gina Faubert -Radiant Girls

The GLOW Project—our empowering fitness and coaching program designed just for girls. GLOW stands for Growth, Love, Ownership, and Wellness, and this program is all about helping young girls build a strong, healthy body and mind. 

Each class combines fitness techniques such as Youth Yoga, Pilates, and Posture Moves to enhance core strength, posture, and resilience. In addition, we incorporate mindfulness practices, guided visualization, and relaxation techniques to bring peace and love into the body. 

Through personal development coaching, journaling, and group discussions, participants will explore important topics like body image, self-esteem, stress, and anxiety. The GLOW Project provides a supportive space where girls can develop lifelong habits of self-care, wellness, and empowerment while gaining valuable health and fitness tips. This specialized girls-event like no other!  Our event will leave girls with a clear understanding of what is required to make it through the drama years. Activities are designed to increase communication, understand trust and respect, how to create healthy boundaries, and how to have hard conversations. Girls will discover the hidden dynamics of popularity, cliques, and followers. 

Girls will learn the power of staying true to themselves, how to deal with the pressures of school demands, and how to make peace with girl drama. This fun-filled day includes yoga, team building games, Improv skits, mindful art, girl talk, outdoor fun, and more!

Girls Cooking Together- Radiant Girls - Gina Faubert

Culinary Queens is a new virtual program created by request from our popular camp cooking segments. Girls get to create great tasting teen tested recipes in a step by step live instructional class.

Along with preparing delicious and nutritious lunch options that they can take to school the next day, the girls will be exposed to trying new foods, and kid friendly cooking techniques.

Culinary Queens will also include discussions around healthy meals, food & mood, dieting issues, and body image pressure.

Classes will be held live through Zoom. Participants will receive a shopping list and kitchen equipment suggestions before our program starts.Recipes will be safe and easy to prepare and will include common easy to find ingredients, using common kitchen items. For special/unique options we’ll provide demonstrations instead.

Girls are expected to be able to reach the kitchen taps without a stool, know how to hold a small knife, and turn on the stove/oven prior to class. Parents are required to be home during class – but they are not required to supervise.

and anyone up for an Amazing Race experience!

The Family Adventure Race: An Epic Scavenger Hunt for Families!

Get ready for the ultimate family adventure! The Family Adventure Race is an action-packed, create-your-own-adventure scavenger hunt through the vibrant communities of Burlington and Waterdown

Families will explore the cities, tackle exciting challenges, and engage with local businesses while collecting points for a chance to win amazing prizes!

How It Works:

  • Virtual Kick-Off: Teams will log in to Zoom at 10:00 am for the official welcome, game rules, and clue instructions.
 
  • The Race Begins: From there, teams will hit the streets, completing fun challenges at local checkpoints, solving riddles, snapping photos, and exploring the city—all to rack up points!
 
  • Final Challenge & Awards Ceremony: Finish the race at Hidden Valley Park for the last challenge before crossing the finish line! The day ends with live music, local vendors, a food truck, and an awards ceremony, where $5,000 in prizes will be awarded! One lucky team will even win the coveted Adventure Race Trophy!
 

Throughout the day, teams will complete challenges such as finding art in the city, solving puzzles, performing family tasks, and even completing random acts of kindness. Challenges will be listed with points through the Goosechase app, so teams can strategize which challenges to complete. And don’t worry—every challenge is optional.

The grand finale at Hidden Valley Park will feature a live concert by Brad James, entertainment for the kids, and opportunities for family fun with prizes for the cleverest team name, best family outfit, and more. Expect a festival-like experience with local vendors, food trucks, and even a visit from a fire truck and RCMP horses!
