Gina Faubert - Radiant Girls

This series of classes designed to inspire girls to become an entrepreneurs! This unique program introduces young girls to the fundamentals of being an entrepreneur through fun, hands-on activities and creative challenges. 

Girls will design their own product or service and explore key aspects of business like marketing, collaboration, and leadership.Through engaging classes, they’ll dive into activities such as art & design, photography, acting games, team challenges, goal setting, and communication exercises.  

Girls will also get to work with “maker” equipment like a t-shirt press, sublimation techniques, and sticker-making!

This program is designed to be both fun and educational, helping girls build confidence, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset!

The GLOW Project—our empowering fitness and coaching program designed just for girls. GLOW stands for Growth, Love, Ownership, and Wellness, and this program is all about helping young girls build a strong, healthy body and mind. 

Each class combines fitness techniques such as Youth Yoga, Pilates, and Posture Moves to enhance core strength, posture, and resilience. In addition, we incorporate mindfulness practices, guided visualization, and relaxation techniques to bring peace and love into the body. 

Through personal development coaching, journaling, and group discussions, participants will explore important topics like body image, self-esteem, stress, and anxiety. The GLOW Project provides a supportive space where girls can develop lifelong habits of self-care, wellness, and empowerment while gaining valuable health and fitness tips. Join us in nurturing a holistic approach to strength, confidence, and well-being!

Self Discovery, Planning and Preparing for Next Steps

The Dreaming Big Academy is designed to empower teens to explore their passions, discover more about their personality, and chart a path toward their future goals. 

In this dynamic program, teens will dive into career options that excite them and understand what steps they need to take to pursue those dreams. Whether it’s selecting the right academic streams, seeking out volunteer opportunities, or engaging in extracurricular activities, teens will gain valuable insights into how to move forward.  The program also provides practical support with university application essays, scholarship options, and resume creation. 

With a focus on goal setting, decision-making, and motivation skills, teens will learn to turn their dreams into actionable steps. Activities such as personality tests, dream boards, journaling, art projects, group discussions, and sessions with special guest experts and career coaches make this a comprehensive and engaging experience for teens ready to investigate their potential and create a plan for their future.

GLOW Up Spa Series

Emotional Intelligence & Mindfulness

This program is the perfect opportunity for girls to learn how to manage emotions like anxiety, pressure, and mood swings while building resilience and emotional intelligence. T

hrough hands-on spa DIY activities, she’ll create her own calming spa products—masks, scrubs, bath bombs, and more—designed to help her relax and unwind. Along with these creative projects, she’ll explore yoga, mindfulness, and meditation techniques that can improve her mental focus and bring calm to her day. 

The series also includes coaching discussions on emotional intelligence, healthy self-image, and self-care rituals, giving her the tools to take care of her mind and body. Special guest speakers will introduce holistic techniques tailored specifically for girls, helping her build the inner strength to manage stress and confidently navigate life’s challenges. It’s more than just a glow-up—it’s a chance for her to develop resilience, confidence, and lasting self-care habits.

Strong & Nourished Cooking Series

Healthy Cooking & Homemade Wellness Products

Strong & Nourished is an empowering program designed to help girls build a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and their emotions. This dynamic course explores how food impacts energy, mood, and sleep, teaching the importance of nourishing the body for optimal well-being. 

Through engaging lessons, girls will learn about emotional eating, over-eating, and the challenges of eating disorders, along with practical tips for detoxifying the body and supporting liver health. Participants will discover the power of colorful vegetables and their vital role in maintaining a healthy gut. They’ll also gain valuable skills in reading food labels to make informed choices about what they’re eating, and how to spot hidden sugars or unhealthy ingredients. The program includes cooking demos, hands-on meal preparation. 

In addition to food education, the program covers the basics of homemade skin care products, showing how natural ingredients can support healthy skin. By the end of the program, girls will feel more confident in their ability to make healthy food choices, nourish their bodies from the inside out, and develop habits that support both physical and emotional well-being.

Future Influencer…Leading with Purpose is an empowering program designed to help girls unlock their leadership potential and become confident, purpose-driven influencers. Girls will experience a unique opportunity for her to develop essential life skills, such as self-confidence, emotional intelligence, and effective communication, all while learning how to stand up for herself and her passions.

Through engaging lessons and hands-on activities, girls will explore how to use social media ethically to inspire and influence others. She’ll also learn the value of community involvement, volunteering, and serving others—skills that not only build character but also set the foundation for her to make a positive impact.  She’ll hear from positive social media influencers that discovered their passions, created a following, and made a difference. 

With a focus on leadership and making a difference, this program encourages girls to develop a passion for causes they care about and equips them with the tools to advocate for change.  She will walk away with the confidence to lead, communicate with impact, and use her voice to make a lasting difference in the world. It’s more than just a program—it’s an opportunity to help her build the foundation of a purposeful future.

Bright Lights & Brave Beats Party Project

Music, Art, Movement & Event Production

Girls age 8-10

Get ready for a party like no other in this exciting, high-energy program that teaches life skills, leadership, and empowerment through music, art, and event production! Designed to be as fun as it is educational, this program allows girls to explore their creativity while building important skills for life. 

They’ll dive into voice, dance, theatre, and music lessons, learning how to express themselves through performance, as well as discovering the art of style through fashion, hair, and makeup. But this isn’t just a glam session! Girls will form their own band, design their unique logo, create marketing materials, and even learn how to promote their event with a video. 

Along the way, they’ll develop vital skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, collaboration, and decision-making. The program will culminate in a celebratory group presentation, where each girl is recognized for her hard work, unique talents, and dedication to the team. It’s a chance for everyone to reflect on the fun, friendships, and experiences shared throughout the program.Join us for this unforgettable, confidence-boosting experience where creativity meets leadership, and the fun never stops!

Our program is designed to help girls build confidence, stay healthy, and feel grounded during their early years. This fun and interactive virtual club offers girls the chance to come together, discuss relevant topics, gain valuable tools for success, uncover insights into their challenges, and get excited about their future.

Through engaging activities, practical life skills, and inspiring coaching, your girl will develop self-esteem, discover her unique passions and strengths, and feel equipped to face life’s challenges with confidence. Virtual Healthy Cooking Classes for Girls

Girls Cooking Together- Radiant Girls - Gina Faubert

Culinary Queens is a new virtual program created by request from our popular camp cooking segments. Girls get to create great tasting teen tested recipes in a step by step live instructional class.

Along with preparing delicious and nutritious lunch options that they can take to school the next day, the girls will be exposed to trying new foods, and kid friendly cooking techniques.

Culinary Queens will also include discussions around healthy meals, food & mood, dieting issues, and body image pressure.

Classes will be held live through Zoom. Participants will receive a shopping list and kitchen equipment suggestions before our program starts.Recipes will be safe and easy to prepare and will include common easy to find ingredients, using common kitchen items. For special/unique options we’ll provide demonstrations instead.

Girls are expected to be able to reach the kitchen taps without a stool, know how to hold a small knife, and turn on the stove/oven prior to class. Parents are required to be home during class – but they are not required to supervise.
