The Family Adventure Race: An Epic Scavenger Hunt for Families!
Get ready for the ultimate family adventure! The Family Adventure Race is an action-packed, create-your-own-adventure scavenger hunt through the vibrant communities of Burlington and Waterdown.
Families will explore the cities, tackle exciting challenges, and engage with local businesses while collecting points for a chance to win amazing prizes!
How It Works:
Throughout the day, teams will complete challenges such as finding art in the city, solving puzzles, performing family tasks, and even completing random acts of kindness. Challenges will be listed with points through the Goosechase app, so teams can strategize which challenges to complete. And don’t worry—every challenge is optional.
The grand finale at Hidden Valley Park will feature a live concert by Brad James, entertainment for the kids, and opportunities for family fun with prizes for the cleverest team name, best family outfit, and more. Expect a festival-like experience with local vendors, food trucks, and even a visit from a fire truck and RCMP horses!
Why Participate
The event also supports Radiant Girls’ empowerment camps for underprivileged girls, with a goal of sending 20 girls to camp this summer. All challenges will be recorded with photos and videos to capture the action, and photographers will be scattered throughout the event to catch the best moments.
Register now and be part of the adventure that brings families together for a day full of fun, community spirit, and unforgettable memories.
